The IMET BS 300 is the foundational model of IMET’s Premium Line, engineered for high rigidity and precision cutting of materials up to 10.04 in (255 mm) round. As a robust 10-Inch Manual Pivot Bandsaw, the core machine is built for professional workshops. It is customizable across three main technological paths—PLUS (Double Miter), GH(Gravity Hydraulic Autocut), and SHI (Semi-Automatic Hydraulic)—to match any production requirement from manual to full semi-automatic cycling.

VERSIONS AVAILABLE
- PLUS (Double Miter): Upgrades the machine with a rotating worktable for Double-Miter capability (60° Left and 45° Right). Standard versions without "PLUS" are limited to Single-Miter (60° Left).
- GH (Autocut): Adds a Gravity Hydraulic system with a 3-way selector (Manual, Rapid Approach, or Autocut).In Autocut mode, the blade descent rate is hydraulically regulated for autonomous, unattended cutting.
- SHI (Semi-Automatic): Features a full Semi-Automatic Hydraulic cycle. This version utilizes an integrated hydraulic unit to actuate the vise clamping, control the blade feed, and automatically raise the saw head back to the start position after the cut.

- Premium Saw Frame: Constructed with a reinforced, tubular-section cast-iron bow and large 12.60 in (320 mm) pulleys to minimize blade vibration and fatigue.
- Superior Blade Tension: Maintains an exceptional tension of 24,180 PSI (1700 kg/cm2), featuring a manual front adjustment and an integrated safety micro-switch.
- Blade Guidance: High-precision blade guides utilize carbide pads and additional side bearings for perfect blade alignment and extended tool life.
- Ergonomic Vise: Equipped with a manual quick-locking vise (GH/Manual models) or a hydraulically actuated vise (SHI) with 5.12 in (130 mm) high jaws for secure material handling.
- Safety & Control: Features a safe-start handle button, function control LEDs, and an integrated amp meter to monitor motor absorption during heavy cuts.
