Installed Right The First Time

A machine only starts earning once it is running to specification, and that depends entirely on how it was installed. Our factory-trained technicians handle the complete commissioning process, from final assembly through to the first production parts. Every installation ends with your operators trained and the machine cutting your work, not a test sample.

What Installation Includes

  • Final Assembly: Complete mechanical assembly of the machine and any conveyors, length stops or extraction equipment supplied with it.
  • Levelling & Alignment: Precision levelling and alignment to the manufacturer’s specification, the foundation of accurate, repeatable cuts.
  • Connection & Commissioning: Power-up, and a full functional check of every axis, safety circuit and control function.
  • Calibration & Test Cutting: Machine calibration followed by test cuts on your own material, verified against your drawings and tolerances.
  • Operator Training: Hands-on training for your team on the installed machine, covering operation, daily maintenance and safe working practice.
  • Handover Documentation: Manuals, parameter records and a recommended spare parts kit specific to your machine.

What We Need From You Before We Arrive

  • Electrical Supply: Power run to the machine position and connected, at the voltage, phase and amperage given on the machine’s technical sheet.
  • Compressed Air: Air supplied and connected to the machine position, dry and at the specified pressure and flow rate.
  • Machine Positioned: The machine uncrated, offloaded and moved into its final position on the shop floor.
  • Floor & Access: A level, load-bearing floor with clear access for our technicians and adequate working space around the machine.
  • Rigging Arranged: Offloading and positioning are arranged by you. We work with rigging companies throughout Canada and the US regularly and are happy to recommend one.
  • Operators Available: Your operators present for the training portion of the installation.
  • Sample Work Ready: Production drawings or sample profiles for the test run. Commissioning is always faster when the machine is set up on real work.

How Long Installation Takes

Most installations are completed in one to five working days. Larger fabrication centers, automated lines and multi-machine installations can require up to several weeks. We confirm the expected duration with you before scheduling, so your production planning can account for it.
