We carry over 1,000 line items at our Mississauga warehouse covering the manufacturers we represent, so the parts that fail most often are already in the country. In-stock orders placed before 2:00pm Eastern are dispatched the same day.

- Through Your Technician: Order directly through our technician while they are on site with you.
What We Need From You
- Machine Model & Serial Number: So we supply the part that fits your machine and not a similar one.
- Part Number If You Have It: Taken from your machine’s parts manual.
- A Photo If You Do Not: Send us a photo of the part and we will identify it from the machine’s documentation. You do not need a part number to place an order.
Stocked Parts And Ordered Parts
We are straight with customers about lead times, because a realistic date is worth more than an optimistic one.
- In Stock: Over 1,000 line items held in Mississauga. Ordered before 2:00pm Eastern, dispatched the same day.
- Ordered From The Manufacturer: Items not held locally are ordered directly from the manufacturer and will take longer. We confirm the expected timing when you order.
- Machine Down: Tell us the machine is down when you order. Where an item has to come from the factory, our direct relationship with the manufacturer is what moves it up the queue.
Recommended Spare Parts Kits
Every machine we supply comes with a recommended spare parts kit, specified for that machine and offered at the time of purchase. It covers the wear items and failure points most likely to stop that particular machine, so the part you need is already on your shelf. Kits can be re-ordered at any time.
Consumables & Supplies
Alongside spare parts, we stock the consumables your machines run on day to day: saw blades, end mills, drills, collets, collet chucks, blade holders, tool extensions, cutting fluids and accessories. Ordering runs through the same channels as spare parts, and application support on tool selection comes as standard.
