The SIRIO AF platform is engineered to combine structural mass with advanced electronic feeding.

Cast Iron Dovetail Structure: All models are built with a rigid, vertical dovetail structure in cast iron. The large contact surface between the machine head and the frame eliminates vibrations and binding, significantly increasing cutting accuracy and blade life.
NC Axis Management (AF-NC): The NC version uses an electric motor with an encoder for the feeder, managing automatic blade thickness calculation and stroke repetitions through a centralized CNC.
High-Precision Feeding: Both models feature a pneumatic feeding carriage with a 520 mm (20.47 in) maximum single stroke. The feeder is mounted on a floating plate to facilitate the advancement of bars that are not perfectly straight.

Control HMI:
- AF-E: Features an electronic control panel for setting pieces (1-9999), stroke repetitions, and blade positioning, paired with a manual handwheel positioner for length setting.
- AF-NC: Equipped with a 7" touch screen interface to manage up to 99 programs and 30 different lengths on the same bar, including self-diagnosis.
Vertical Descent Control: The cutting head features hydraulic control for the lowering speed rate to ensure optimized penetration into hard materials.
Rapid Frontal Clamping: All models include a pneumatic front vice mounted on adjustable guides with rapid transversal sliding and locking.
Integrated Support: The feeder includes a superior roller to ease movement and support multiple bars simultaneously on the same plate.
Blade Maintenance: A standard nylon blade cleaning brush is included on all models to protect the cutting edge and maintain efficiency.
Mitering Precision: Positioning is secured by an adjustable easy-stops system at 0° and 45° with a graded scale for other angles.
