The AS 142 Z is a high-performance CNC knurling machine designed for the automated processing of aluminum thermal break profiles. This model features a sophisticated motion control system with s6 servo axes, providing automated transversal and vertical cutter adjustments. The machine incorporates an intelligent bar feed system with automatic acceleration and braking, capable of reaching speeds up to 230 m/min. Engineered for high-capacity workflows, it manages profiles up to 400 x 250 mm and includes a specialized knurling disc safety system to prevent mechanical overloading during operation.
