OEMME AS 140 Z

General

The AS 140 Z is a specialized knurling machine engineered to create serrated grooves in aluminum extrusions to ensure high shear strength once the polyamide strip is inserted. The system utilizes two 0.55 kW three-phase motors and an inverter-controlled bar feed system to maintain consistent processing speeds. The cutter block is equipped with an integrated safety system to prevent mechanical overloading. The machine accommodates profiles up to 400 x 250 mm, with the capability to handle widths up to 281 mm when cutters are angled at 10 degrees. Adjustment is managed through a single transverse control and independent vertical controls, all featuring decimal position indicators for repeatable accuracy.
