The H 800 architecture is optimized for extreme loads and precision on large surface areas.

Twin-Column Stability: The saw frame travels vertically along two oversized columns. This balanced distribution of force prevents blade deflection even when processing massive solid blocks or structural beams with varying thicknesses.
Industrial Vibration Dampening: The heavy electrowelded frame and rigid columns are designed to absorb harmonic vibrations, which significantly improves the surface finish of the cut and protects the blade teeth from premature wear

TECHNOLOGY MODULES (VERSIONS AVAILABLE)

Standard Semiautomatic (H 800): Optimized for one-off large-scale cuts. The operator manually positions the material, while the machine manages the full cutting cycle: vise clamping, starting the blade, and automatic head return.
Automatic NC F 1500 / 3000: Features an integrated material feeder with a single stroke of 59.05 in (1500 mm) or an optional 118.11 in (3000 mm). The feeder carriage travels on recirculating ballscrews and linear guides, allowing for automatic repetition of cuts and the management of complex production batches via numerical control.

10” Touch Screen Display: Features an intuitive CNC interface to manage all machine parameters, including cutting programs, blade speed, and number of feeder strokes. It includes an autodiagnostic system to detect anomalies and view machine status in real-time.
5° Canted Sawframe: The blade is canted at a 5° angle to reduce band strain and ease penetration into structural profiles and large solids, effectively extending blade life.
Smart-Start and Fast Approach: Recognizes the start-cut point via a magnetic strip with an encoder for material reading. The machine executes a fast lowering of the sawframe to the operator-set material size, saving significant cycle time.
Rigid Double Column Structure: The electrowelded sawframe features a big thickness tubular section to reduce vibrations and prevent binding during the cutting process. All movements, including bow movement and vises, utilize state-of-the-art recycling ballscrew guides.
Hydraulic Split-Vise System: Features a horizontal hydraulic vise with opening jaws on both sides to facilitate the loading of non-rectilinear bars.
Blade Cleaning and Management: Includes a motorized nylon cleaning brush and registrable blade guides with metal pads and bearings. The mobile blade guide is automatically kept adjacent to the cutting area.
