The AS 262 GA EVO is an advanced thermal brake rolling machine engineered for high-speed, precision bonding of aluminum profiles. This numerically controlled system utilizes seven servo motors to automate all critical adjustments, including assembly disc positioning and closing loads. Designed for high productivity, the machine features an intelligent bar feed system with automatic acceleration and deceleration to optimize cycle times. The system integrates a profile archive for rapid setup and graphical positioning, ensuring full compliance with EN 14024 and CSTB QB quality standards during the assembly process.
