- 7" HMI Touch Control: An intuitive interface that allows for precise programming of cutting parameters, comprehensive work list management, and real-time monitoring of the machine's operational status.
- Servo-Controlled Motion: Both the sawframe descent and the rear feeding vise are driven by high-precision servo motors and ballscrews. This eliminates the variability of hydraulic systems, ensuring consistent cutting pressure and sub-millimeter positioning accuracy.
- Integrated Scrap Management: An automatic scrap separator identifies and separates the initial trim-cut and residual scrap from the finished production pieces, preventing material contamination.
- Micromolecular Cooling: A specialized micro-spray lubrication system designed specifically for TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) blades, providing high-efficiency cooling at the tooth tip without the mess of flood coolant
