THE S-LINE AUTONOMOUS ECOSYSTEM

The VEGA 850x850 S-LINE utilizes Karmetal's most advanced technology suite to ensure flawless high-capacity cutting.

  • Intelligent Sawing System (IPS): The autonomous "brain" includes a library of 13,000 predefined materialslisted across six international standards. It automatically calculates all cutting parameters based on four performance modes: Normal, Blade Saver, High Performance, and Ultra Performance.
  • Full Servo Motion Control: Both the sawframe descent (bow motion) and the feeding vise are driven by high-torque servo motors and ballscrews. This allows for feed adjustments as precise as 1 mm/min and absolute control over cutting pressure.
  • Mineral Casting Body: The machine base is constructed with mineral casting, which provides superior vibration dampening compared to standard steel. This rigidity is critical for maintaining surface finish and extending the life of large carbide blades during heavy-duty cycles.
  • 15.6" Industrial PC Integration: A high-definition interface with LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity. It supports remote mobile application access, cloud-based data storage, and the direct transfer of work lists from external office software

  • Hydraulic Vise System: Features four full-stroke mobile hydraulic vises. After a cut is completed, both front and rear vises move in the opposite direction of the blade to eliminate friction and prevent blade damage.
  • Standard Chip Conveyor: A heavy-duty pallet-type conveyor integrated into the machine base for continuous removal of hot metal chips.
  • Crooked Cutting Detector: An integrated sensor that monitors blade deviation in real-time. If the deviation exceeds the operator's predefined limits, the machine automatically pauses to prevent out-of-tolerance cuts.
  • 7-Color LED Status Indicator: Provides 360-degree visual feedback (e.g., Green for operation, Blue for standby, Red for alarms) accessible from across the shop floor.
  • Independent Pressure Regulation: Includes separate hydraulic gauges and adjustments for clamping vises, blade tensioning, and carbide guides to optimize setup for different material densities.
