The Karmetal OSA 300×370 is a specialized automatic horizontal bandsaw featuring an integrated roller feeder system for efficient material handling. Designed for the rapid processing of solids, tubes, and profiles, it is powered by a 2.95 HP(2.2 kW) main motor and a high-efficiency bevel helical gearbox. To meet different production requirements, it is available in two versions: an economical ENC version with a digital membrane interface, and a high-performance PLC version with a 7″ touchscreen HMI. This pivot-type machine provides a reliable and space-efficient solution for medium-scale industrial workshops.

ADAPTIVE ROLLER-FEEDER AUTOMATION

The OSA 300x370 series offers two distinct control tiers to optimize production workflows:

  • PLC Touchscreen Version: Equipped with a 7" color touchscreen that supports the storage of up to 50 different work programs. It features an intuitive interface with 11 alternative languages for complex job management.
  • ENC (NC) Version: A cost-effective digital solution utilizing a membrane push-button HMI. It allows operators to save up to 20 different jobs, making it ideal for repetitive, high-volume cutting of single dimensions.
  • Roller Feeder System: All models utilize a synchronized roller feeding mechanism to move material accurately through the cutting zone, reducing manual handling time.
  • Frequency Inverter Drive: The integrated inverter allows for precise, variable control of blade speeds between 82–295 ft/min (25–90 m/min) to suit various material hardness levels.
