COMPACT RIGIDITY

The XSMART 3 utilizes a specialized double-column architecture to maximize stability within a smaller footprint.

• 30° Inclined Sawframe: The sawframe slides on recirculating ballscrews with linear guides and features a 30°inclination. This design allows the machine to remain compact while maintaining the strength and stability required to reduce vibrations and binding.
• Portal Feeder Structure: The integrated feeder uses a recirculating ballscrew and an inverter-managed electric motor. It is mounted on a floating plate to accommodate material that is not perfectly straight, ensuring precise indexing for every cut.
• Safety & Accessibility: The machine is fully protected by a safety carter system to provide maximum operator security without hindering access for routine maintenance.

• 7" Touch Screen HMI: A mobile, user-friendly interface that allows for the creation of up to 99 cutting programs with 30 lines each. It provides full CNC control over all machine operations and settings.
• Fork-Style Hydraulic Vices: The machine is equipped with two hydraulic full-stroke vices that block the material both before and after the blade, ensuring maximum stability during the cutting cycle.
• High-Reliability Components: Utilizes a Bonfiglioli motor-reducer for consistent functionality and hard metal blade guides with bearings for optimal alignment.
• Automatic Blade Management: The mobile blade guide is automatically kept next to the cutting point, while a mechanical nylon cleaning brush removes residuals from the blade during operation.
• Integrated Waste Management: Includes a standard chip conveyor and a washing gun to maintain a clean working environment and high operational efficiency.
