The Yilmaz PIM 6509 delivers advanced, simultaneous operations to maximize productivity in the manufacturing of PVC window and door profiles. Its sophisticated CNC system utilizes an 8-axis servo-controlled motion platform to manage automatic feeding, carrying, positioning, cutting, and transfer of the workpiece.

This Cutting and Machining Centre for PVC Windows is capable of performing a wide range of functions, including milling, opening key holes, water slots, hinge holes, handle holes, and marking, across all four sides of the profile. A Ø550 mm servo-controlled saw blade handles the cutting module, rotating precisely between 30° and 150° to produce high-quality angular cuts.

The machine is managed by a Windows-based industrial PC, accessible via a user-friendly interface on a 15.6 inch LCD touch screen. This modern interface is compatible with CAD programs and allows for remote desktop connections for technical support, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. The PIM 6509 is engineered for easy integration with automated downstream equipment, such as CNC welding, corner cleaning, and screwing machines.
