INT shows off new Giardina paint line at Cobra Doors

INT Machinery invited guests to Cobra Doors in Vaughan, Ont., to check out their recently installed Giardina paint line coupled with a Schubox dryer oven supplied by Shuberts through Yorke Towne. Guests enjoyed some coffee and doughnuts and chatted with representatives from INT, Giardina, Yorke Towne and the client, Cobra Doors, while watching the line apply paint to lineal and door slabs.

The line can paint 200 doors per day using two automated heads. There was no smell of paint or visible mist escaping the machine enclosure. Operators mask the parts, load the conveyor and the parts travel through the paint process and into the dryer where they are loaded on to drying racks.
