The Yilmaz KP 180 is a high-capacity Hydraulic Corner Crimping Machine engineered for professional aluminum frame production. Its robust hydraulic system, adjustable tooling, and synchronized crimping heads ensure accurate, consistent, and durable corner assemblies.
General
The Yilmaz KP 180 operates with a powerful hydraulic system that delivers high crimping force through synchronized hydraulic heads, ensuring clean, uniform deformation of aluminum profile corners. The machine’s rigid steel worktable provides structural stability and long-term durability, even in demanding production environments.
Adjustability is central to the KP 180’s design. The tooling system can be positioned according to the profile’s shape and height, while the hydraulic cylinder stroke and profile stop are easily set using a millimetric scale system. The polyamide protective plates safeguard profile surfaces during the crimping operation.
The work cycle incorporates two foot pedals: one for pneumatic clamping and one for the hydraulic crimping stroke, enabling both speed and precision. After crimping, the 90° centering square retracts automatically beneath the table, clearing the workspace for frame removal. With optional multi-knife sets and CE height extensions, the KP 180 offers flexibility for a wide range of aluminum profiles.
