The RASA-DUO is a robust deburring system designed for processing single pieces and small production batches. As a higher-capacity version of the radial deburring series, it is a versatile solution for steel service centres handling a variety of deburring tasks. The system utilizes two high-performance brush stations to round off edges of tubes, sections, and solid bars in seconds, offering a significant reduction in labor costs compared to manual filing or abrasive belts.

DUAL-STATION RADIAL DEBURRING
- Radial High-Speed Rotation: Operates with a simple radial brush rotation at speeds up to 3,000 rpm to ensure rapid material removal.
- Dual Working Stations: Features two workstations that can be equipped with different brush types or abrasives simultaneously, allowing for the processing of different materials (e.g., steel and sheet metal) without setup changes.
- Manual 360° Contouring: All edges of the workpiece are evenly rounded by the operator manually turning the part through 360° against the rotating brush.
- Pole-Changeable Drive: Equipped with a dual-speed motor (1,500 / 3,000 rpm) to optimize the deburring intensity for steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals.
