The RASA-DUO is a robust deburring system designed for processing single pieces and small production batches. As a higher-capacity version of the radial deburring series, it is a versatile solution for steel service centres handling a variety of deburring tasks. The system utilizes two high-performance brush stations to round off edges of tubes, sections, and solid bars in seconds, offering a significant reduction in labor costs compared to manual filing or abrasive belts.

General

DUAL-STATION RADIAL DEBURRING

  • Radial High-Speed Rotation: Operates with a simple radial brush rotation at speeds up to 3,000 rpm to ensure rapid material removal.
  • Dual Working Stations: Features two workstations that can be equipped with different brush types or abrasives simultaneously, allowing for the processing of different materials (e.g., steel and sheet metal) without setup changes.
  • Manual 360° Contouring: All edges of the workpiece are evenly rounded by the operator manually turning the part through 360° against the rotating brush.
  • Pole-Changeable Drive: Equipped with a dual-speed motor (1,500 / 3,000 rpm) to optimize the deburring intensity for steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals.

Features

  • High-Performance Brush System: Specifically designed to reach all contours and round off edges without leaving secondary burrs or residues.
  • Universal Material Compatibility: Suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals using specialized RSA wire or abrasive nylon filaments.
  • Operator Independence: Provides consistently high deburring quality that is independent of the operator's skill level.
  • Enhanced Setup Efficiency: The dual-station design minimizes downtime by keeping two distinct tools ready for use at all times.
  • Industrial Safety: Features a CE-conform housing and easy operation to eliminate the risk of injury associated with manual countersinks or hand deburring tools.
