  • 8.4” HMI Touch Control: A user-friendly interface supporting 11 languages. It allows operators to program up to 20 different cutting dimensions and store 50 unique job lists, facilitating rapid setup and minimal downtime between production batches.
  • Double-Acting Hydraulic Top Clamping: Specifically engineered for bundle cutting, these standard vertical clamps secure multiple workpieces from above. This prevents material rotation and vibration, ensuring a cleaner cut and significantly extending blade life.
  • Servo-Driven Feeding System: High-torque servo motors paired with a PLC system manage material indexing with sub-millimeter accuracy, automatically handling multi-stroke feeding for workpieces longer than the single stroke limit.
  • Linear Guide Architecture: The saw bow travels vertically on precision-ground roller linear guides. This setup reduces friction and eliminates the vibration found in traditional slide systems, providing a perfectly smooth descent during heavy-duty cutting.
  • Helical-Bevel Gearbox: Equipped with a high-efficiency drive system that ensures maximum torque transmission from the 5.36 HP (4 kW) motor, maintaining consistent blade speeds even through dense materials.
