  • 8.4” HMI Touch Control: A high-definition interface supporting 11 languages. It allows operators to input up to 20 different cutting dimensions and store 50 unique job lists, facilitating rapid setup for recurring production batches.
  • Dual Hydraulic Top Clamping: Specifically designed for bundle cutting, these standard vertical clamps secure multiple workpieces from above, preventing material rotation and vibration for a cleaner cut.
  • Servo-Driven Feeding System: High-torque servo motors paired with a PLC system manage the material indexing with sub-millimeter accuracy, automatically handling multi-stroke feeding for lengths exceeding the single stroke limit.
  • Linear Guide Architecture: The saw bow travels vertically on precision-ground linear guides. This reduces friction and eliminates the play found in traditional slide systems, providing a perfectly smooth descent even during heavy-duty solid cutting.
