The IMET CUBO 300 is a high-performance Enclosed Automatic Bandsaw engineered for the precision cutting of medium-sized tubes, profiles, and bars. Featuring a specialized four-sided protective metal structure, it provides the highest levels of operator safety and vibration dampening in its class. This fully automatic machine handles workpieces up to 10.04 in (255 mm) round and utilizes an integrated feeder for repetitive, unattended batch production.

It allows for the setting and control of all machine parameters, the setup of cutting projects with different quantities/lengths on the same bar, and the visualization of errors during the process.
  • Numerical Control: Allows for the storage of up to 99 cutting programs. The system automatically calculates the thickness of the blade, total number of pieces, and cutting length settings for the automatic cycle.
  • Automatic Material Detection: Equipped with a detection device to optimize the process by facilitating the approach to the material and adjusting the end cut by means of a microswitch.
  • Feeder Carriage: The carriage has a maximum stroke of 515mm. Sliding takes place on chromed bars with high positioning precision due to the incremental feeding on recirculating ball screws by a self-braking electric motor and VFD(inverter).
  • Adjustable Blade Speed: This numerically controlled version is equipped with a VFD (inverter) as standard to optimize cutting speeds for varied materials.
  • Motorized Blade Cleaning Brush: Mounts a motorized nylon brush to ensure maximum efficiency and cleanliness of the blade during the cutting process.
  • High-Pressure Blade Tension: Maintains a constant tension of 24,180 PSI (1700 kg/cm2) through a rigid tubular bow, essential for straight and accurate cuts in solid materials.
