Our Straight Shank Tool Extensions are designed to provide the extended reach necessary for machining deep cavities and hard-to-access surfaces. Engineered to be used in conjunction with standard ER tool holders, these extensions allow for greater flexibility in complex aluminum and non-ferrous profile fabrication. They are the ideal solution for projects requiring maximum clearance where standard-length tool holders cannot reach.

- Safe Operational Guidelines:
- Maximum Stability: For optimal holding power, the extension shank must be fully inserted into the tool holder's collet.
- Torque Precision: Always tighten the collet nut to the manufacturer's recommended torque using a calibrated torque wrench.
- Balance Note: Please note that once the extension is mounted, the original balancing grade of the tool holder is no longer guaranteed; it is recommended for lower RPM or non-critical finishing passes.
- Machine Integration: Compatible with all major CNC machining centers and high-speed routers used in aluminum and vinyl fabrication.
