The LCS 400 DX is a high-performance double head mitre cut-off saw for steel profiles utilizing a semi-automatic vertical linear action. The system features a fixed right head and a servo-positioned left head, enabling simultaneous miter cuts on both ends of ferrous materials for precision mitre cuts and maximum industrial throughput.

- PLC-controlled with a color touch screen panel.
- Servo motor and ball screw operation of saw heads for a smooth, optimized descent.
- Positive 0–45° miter for the right head and negative 0–45° miter for the left head.
- Coolant tank with chip collection box and electric pump for lubrication and cooling.
