  • Rigid Steel Sawframe: The machine features a strong, rigid electrowelded sawframe sliding on linear guides with movement provided by recirculating ballscrews. The basement includes big thickness sections to avoid vibration and binding during downfeed.
  • Balanced Downfeed Movement: Sawframe movement is provided by a high-performance brushless, low-backlash planetary gearbox motor with recirculating ballscrews. This highly accurate movement allows for precise control of descent speeds, even at the lowest rates.
  • Hydraulically Motorized Rollers: The wide working area is equipped with 7 hydraulically motorized rollers that provide very high loading capacity and elevated material positioning accuracy.

  • 10" Touch Screen Interface: Equipped with a user-friendly HMI that gives the operator full control over all operative parameters, including machine status, blade speed in millimeters per minute, and fast approach control.
  • Material Library & Automatic Parameters: Includes a library of more than 150 materials with preset parameters. The XT software automatically calculates optimized cutting settings after the user selects the material and program.
  • Precision Blade Alignment: Blade guides feature hard metal pads and include cemented, hardened, and rectified lateral guide rollers with an easy regulation system. The mobile blade guide is kept automatically near the cutting area.
  • Hydraulic Vise System: The horizontal hydraulic vise slides on recirculating ballscrews to ensure precise material clamping and perfect positioning. The jaws have a height of 27.55 in (700 mm).
  • Advanced Blade Tensioning: Tensioning is provided by a hydraulic cylinder managed by the machine software. The system automatically releases blade tension when the machine is paused to extend blade life and stops immediately if a breakage is detected.
  • Triple Chip Conveyor System: Includes an external motorized chip conveyor plus two standard conveyors mounted on the pulley carters (left and right) to keep the working area clear of residuals.
