RADIAL BRUSH DEBURRING
- Radial High-Speed Rotation: The system operates using a simple radial brush rotation at speeds up to 3,000 rpm.
- Manual Workpiece Manipulation: All edges are evenly rounded off by the operator manually turning the workpiece through 360° against the brush.
- Material Versatility: Specifically engineered to process steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals using material-specific high-performance brushes.
- Dual Speed Drive: Equipped with a pole-changeable motor allowing for two rotational speeds (1,500/3,000 rpm) to match the material and deburring requirements.
