THE INTELLIGENT SAWING SYSTEM (IPS)
The VORTEX 100 replaces manual trial-and-error with autonomous intelligence.
- AI-Driven Parameter Tuning: Utilizing an AI-supported database of over 13,000 steel types, the machine independently adjusts all parameters—including feed pressure, blade speed, and TPI—based on the material's specific heat treatment and cross-section.
- Mineral Casting Body: The foundation is made from a specialized mineral casting, which provides vibration dampening properties far superior to gray cast iron. This creates a high-stability platform that enhances surface finish and doubles tool life compared to traditional steel frames.
- Direct Drive High-Torque Motor: The 15 HP (11 kW) main motor features a direct drive system that prevents torque loss at both low and high frequencies, ensuring consistent cutting power from 20 to 180 RPM

- 15.6" Industrial PC: A high-definition interface with LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, supporting work list transfers from PC/mobile devices and remote monitoring via a dedicated app.
- Servo-Controlled Bow & Vise: High-precision servo motors manage both the bow movement and the 47.24 in(1200 mm) rear feeding vise for sub-millimeter positioning accuracy.
- 6 Performance Modes: Operators can select from specific modes: Normal, Ultra, High Performance, Blade Saving, Turtle (Precision), and Custom.
- Automatic Scrap Separator: Automatically detects and discharges residual material and separates the "trim cut" from the production pieces.
- 7-Color LED Visual Status: An integrated light system (Green: Operation, Blue: Standby, Red: Alarm, etc.) provides 360-degree visibility of the machine's status.
