INTELLIGENT AUTONOMOUS SYSTEM

The ULTRA 300x300 is defined by its ability to self-optimize and its vibration-free structural integrity.

  • Intelligent Sawing System (IPS): This system offers four specialized performance modes: Normal, Blade Saver, High Performance, and Ultra Performance. It includes a pre-defined library of 13,000 different materials categorized across six standards, allowing the machine to set all parameters automatically.
  • Mineral Casting Construction: The machine body is supported by mineral casting, which significantly reduces vibrations during high-speed cutting. This ensures a flawless surface finish and dramatically extends the life of the carbide-tipped blades.
  • Full Servo Motion Control: Unlike traditional saws, the ULTRA utilizes servo motors for the saw bow movement and both front and rear vises, ensuring absolute positioning accuracy and optimized chip load management.
