General

RIGID VERTICAL STABILITY

The SIRIO series is built on a heavy-duty platform to ensure cutting accuracy even under heavy loads.

• Dovetail Structure: All models feature a solid vertical dovetail structure in cast iron. This design provides high stability, reducing vibrations and binding to extend blade life.
• Cast Iron Solidity: The large contact surface between the machine head and the vertical structure ensures maximum solidity during the cutting process.
• SH Semiautomatic Operation: The 315 SH version optimizes the workflow with a hydraulic head speed regulator and a pneumatic vice that opens and closes in synchronization with the head motion.

Features

• Mitering Flexibility: Capable of cutting up to 45° right and 60° left, with adjustable easy stops at 0° and 45° for rapid positioning.
• Universal Blade Spindle: Equipped with a 1.57 in (40 mm) blade spindle that accepts both standard 12.4 in (315 mm)and 11.8 in (300 mm) blades.
• Rapid Clamping: The manual version uses a rapid locking handwheel vice, while the SH version includes a standard pneumatic front vice with transversal movement.
• Stroke Optimization (SH only): Features two sliding limit switches to easily adjust the first and end-cut positions, including rapid head ascent at the end of the cycle.
• Graduated Precision: Includes a graded scale on the working plate and an adjustable length stop for maximum positioning accuracy.
