TECHNOLOGY MODULE: 4-AXIS NC SYNCHRONIZATION

The KTECH 652 platform is engineered for absolute precision through the synchronized management of all mechanical components.

• 4-Axis Control System: The CNC manages the lateral movement and closing of the vice, material feeding, and sawframe rotation simultaneously. This allow the machine to automatically adjust its entire configuration based on the programmed angle and material width.
• Infinitesimal Encoder Precision: To maintain the highest tolerances, the machine uses an infinitesimal encoder for automatic piece size control and length correction. To ensure maximum accuracy, the angle reading is taken on the external radius of the rotation rather than at the machine center.
• High-Performance Feeding: The integrated 2000 mm (78.74 in) feeder is driven by a brushless motor with rack and pinion movement. It can also function as a length stop in semiautomatic cycles using the "GO TO" function for loading from the unloading side. Optional strokes of 3000 mm and 6000 mm are available.

Features

• 10" Touch Screen HMI: An intuitive interface for managing up to 99 cutting programs and 30 cutting lines each. It features autodiagnostics, automatic material thickness calculation, and three different automatic expulsion modes for finished pieces.
• Motorized Sawframe Rotation: Driven by a motor-reducer and inverter, the bow is locked by a hydraulic piston once the target angle is reached. An integrated air-cleaning system keeps the rotation area clear to ensure perfect positioning.
• 6° Canted Sawframe: The blade is canted at a 6° angle to optimize penetration. This ensures the blade is never parallel to the material surface, reducing band strain and improving cutting times while extending blade life.
• Automatic Detection Device: A mechanical sensor facilitates a rapid approach to the material, while a microswitch on the mobile blade guide automatically detects the end of the cut.
• Marking System Ready: The machine supports an optional automatic ink marking system that prints codes on pieces before the cut, managed through the machine's CNC.
