The IV4 represents the highest-capacity extraction unit in the iVision Extrusion family, created for demanding installations where double-head saws and automated cutting centers operate at full output. At the heart of the system is a large cyclonic pre-separation chamber that removes more than 90% of chips before they reach the main filter, dramatically reducing filter clogging and maintenance intervals.
A key advantage of the IV4 is its 1000-liter tipping container, which features a pneumatic opening mechanism and a practical forward-tilting discharge design. This allows operators to empty large quantities of aluminum chips quickly and safely, without the physical strain associated with lifting or manual handling.
With optional technologies such as touchscreen control, antistatic systems, and a full-container detection sensor, the IV4 can be configured to suit both manual and automated production lines.
