The Yilmaz DK 502 Two Point PVC Welder is a double-head machine designed for the simultaneous 90° welding of two corners of a PVC frame or sash profile in one cycle. The fixed left head offers expanded versatility, capable of welding all angles between 30° and 180°, making it a rigid and highly adaptable unit for volume fabrication.
General
The Yilmaz DK 502 Two Point PVC Welder increases production efficiency by simultaneously welding two corners of a PVC profile at a 90° angle. The rigid structure and profiled linear rails ensure consistent welding quality and high repeatability throughout the manufacturing process.
Its unique design features a fixed left welding unit and a manually movable right unit. While the main function is simultaneous 90° corner welding, the fixed left head offers additional flexibility, functioning as a single-head welder capable of precisely welding angles from 30° up to 180°.
All critical parameters, including melting time, welding time, pressure, and temperature, are set independently via the control panel. Operators can easily adjust the welding seam to either the standard 2 mm or the practically seamless 0.2 mm option. The machine is user-friendly, featuring a quick Teflon change system and a low-pressure control system for clamp safety.
