It features independently adjustable welding parameters and a unique quick-adjustment system for seamless (0.2 mm) or standard (2.0 mm) welding seams, making it ideal for both white and painted profiles.

The Yilmaz TK 505 Single Point PVC Welder is engineered to deliver reliable and repeatable fusion welding results for PVC window and door fabrication. Its core strength lies in its ability to offer independent control over all critical welding parameters, including melting time, welding pressure, and temperature, ensuring optimal joint quality for various profile types.
This machine offers exceptional versatility with its ability to precisely weld all angles from 30° to 180°. Operators can manually and practically switch between a standard 2.0 mm welding seam and a virtually seamless 0.2 mm finish, which is particularly beneficial for painted profiles.
Designed for operational ease, the TK 505 features a quick-release system that makes maintenance friendly, allowing for easy cleaning of the heater plate and changing of the Teflon.
Profile clamping is initiated via a foot pedal, after which the rest of the welding cycle is carried out automatically. The machine is also equipped with support arms on both sides to handle long profiles effectively.
