YILMAZ ACK 550

General

The ACK 550 features a hydro-pneumatic up-cut system that raises the blade smoothly through the profile once the operator engages the two safety push buttons. The moment one or both buttons are released, the blade retracts automatically, eliminating uncontrolled movement and ensuring a safe cutting sequence. Profiles are clamped securely, and the safety hood closes before the cutting cycle begins, providing a fully contained working area.

The rotating table allows miter adjustments to both the left and right, supporting a full pivoting range from −75° to +75°. Frequently used miter angles can be selected instantly via mechanical detents, while intermediate angles are precisely positioned using the friction-stop system. Interior LED lighting, dual chip-extraction ports, and convenient front-and-rear service access further enhance usability and operator comfort.

With its large blade capacity, rigid frame, advanced safety features, and CSA approval, the Yilmaz ACK 550 is built for continuous, high-accuracy cutting operations with aluminum and PVC extrusions. Its large blade size makes the ACK 550 the ideal solutions for aluminum window fabricators, commercial aluminum doors, façades and store fronts.
