The Yilmaz RYK 420 is a precision radial arm saw for aluminum profiles, designed for straight, miter, and compound cuts. With a Ø420 mm blade, dual-angle adjustment, and robust cast-iron construction, it offers excellent flexibility and cutting performance for window, façade, and industrial profile fabrication.
General
The RYK 420 combines a rotating and tilting saw head, allowing efficient execution of straight cuts, miters, and compound angles. Smooth blade movement is achieved through a hydraulic damper assist balanced with retractable spring mechanism and ergonomic handles, giving the operator precise control throughout the cut.
Common mitre angles can be selected instantly using preset mechanical detents, while intermediate positions are adjusted with an infinitely variable stop system. The cast-iron base delivers rigidity and vibration absorption, helping maintain accuracy even when cutting larger or thicker aluminum extrusions.
Equipped with vertical pneumatic clamps, a laser cutting line, hydraulic damper braking, and a digital angle readout, the RYK 420 is built for consistent, high-quality production in aluminum and PVC profile workshops.
