YILMAZ CRM 250 S

General

The Yilmaz CRM 250S is a manual copy router engineered to provide a highly efficient solution for the multi-sided machining of aluminum profiles. Its key advantage is the three-spindle configuration that allows an operator to perform routing operations on the top and both sides of a profile in a single clamping.

The machine features two independent routing units. The first is a vertical unit with a high-frequency spindle for standard copy routing on the top surface of the profile. The second unit is a horizontal carriage that holds two spindles, allowing for routing operations on both sides of the profile. Each of the two routing units is guided by its own template and tracer pin system, transferring the pattern to the workpiece at a 1:1 ratio. A standard spray mist cooling system ensures a clean finish and long tool life when working with aluminum.
