The Yilmaz KD 400 PS is a versatile aluminum chop saw featuring a 400 mm blade, powerful industrial motor, and precision-machined cutting table. Designed for repeatable angle cutting with quick detent stops, the KD 400 PS delivers clean, accurate results in aluminum and PVC profile cutting.
General
Purpose-built for demanding aluminum fabrication environments, the KD 400 PS combines a robust mechanical design with simple, intuitive operation. The cutting head is lowered manually by the operator, while the profile is secured automatically by horizontal pneumatic clamps. Throughout the cutting cycle, the integrated lubrication system applies cooling fluid continuously to ensure a smooth cut and extended blade service life.
Its CNC-machined cast-iron table provides exceptional rigidity and repeatability, while preset detent angles allow rapid positioning for the most common miter cuts. With a pivoting range from −45° to +45°, intermediate angle adjustment via friction stop, and a powerful 2.2 kW motor, the KD 400 PS is well suited for cutting larger profile sections with precision. The included stand, storage cabinet, and CSA approval make this a complete, production-ready solution for aluminum and PVC profile workshops.
