YILMAZ ACK 420

General

The ACK 420 features an up-cut blade design powered by a hydro-pneumatic cylinder. During operation, the operator maintains pressure on two push buttons, allowing the blade to rise smoothly through the profile until the cut is complete. The moment one or both buttons are released, the blade retracts automatically, ensuring a safe, controlled cutting cycle.

For miter applications, the cutting table rotates in both directions, providing a pivoting range from –75° to +75°. Common miter angles are supported by quick-set location points, while intermediate angles can be positioned smoothly using the friction-stop system. An adjustable back fence allows the operator to maximize cutting capacity at 90°.

A fully enclosed safety hood with interlock switch, interior LED lighting, dual-side chip extraction ports, and easy frontal access for blade changes all contribute to a safer, cleaner, and more efficient workflow. With its rigid construction, industrial motor, and CSA approval, the ACK 420 is a proven solution for aluminum and PVC profile fabrication.
