General
The Yilmaz VK 420 is a multi-purpose v-cut saw engineered for making V-shaped cuts and 90° end notches in aluminum and PVC profiles. The machine is constructed to minimize off-cut waste and features a manually adjustable back fence for precise positioning of the workpiece.
The cutting unit consists of two 420 mm saw blades mounted on a carriage powered by a hydro-pneumatic actuator, allowing for an infinitely adjustable feed speed to ensure a clean, accurate cut in various materials. For operator safety, the work area is fully protected by a safety cover, and the cutting cycle is activated with a two-hand control system.
Machine can also make the notches as well as full mitre cuts. An optional notching kit is available to adapt the machine for dedicated 90° end notching operations.
