YILMAZ ACK 700

General

The ACK 700 provides powerful and accurate cutting performance through its hydro-pneumatic up-cut blade mechanism. Once the material is clamped and the safety hood is closed, the operator activates the two-hand control system to raise the blade smoothly through the profile. Releasing either button immediately returns the blade to its resting position, offering a highly controlled and safe cutting process.

The rotating table enables miter adjustments to both left and right, supporting cuts from −75° to +75°. Common mitre angles are quickly selected via preset detents, while all intermediate angles are adjusted precisely with the friction-stop system. An adjustable pair of double-acting clamps provides firm hold-down during the cut, and the pneumatically operated safety guard ensures a fully enclosed cutting area.

Interior LED lighting, dual chip-extraction ports, and accessible front-and-rear service points support clean, efficient operation. With its very large blade capacity and rugged construction, the ACK 700 is built for high-duty production environments handling extra-large aluminum extrusions.
