The RSA RASACUT XXL is a high-performance sawing center specifically developed for cutting tubes and solid bars up to Ø 6.69 in (170 mm). EXTREME TORQUE AND PRECISION FEED
- High-Torque Drive Train: Delivers a high nominal torque of up to 1,770 lb-ft (2,400 Nm) that remains nearly constant across all cutting speeds for extreme sawing tasks.
- Backlash-Free Feed System: Utilizes a lifelong, backlash-free, and dampened ball screw spindle for the saw forward feed to ensure consistent part quality.
- Dynamic Gripper Feed: Features high-speed material feeding via a dynamic gripper feed that maintains high positioning repeatability.
