Mitre Cut-Off Saw | YILMAZ KD 400 PS
KD 400 PS Miter saw cut-off machines are designed for straight and angular cutting of PVC and aluminum profiles. With its cutting capacity and rugged construction, the saw is ideal for commercial, residential and industrial aluminium/PVC applications. The cutting head is moved down manually. The part is automatically clamped as well as the cooling fluid is applied constantly until the cut is completed and the head is back to original position.

GENERAL
The Yilmaz “KD 400 PS” is a manual down-cut mitre cut-off saw ideal for applications such as residential or commercial windows, storefronts, railings as well as industrial aluminum profile cutting. The saw can cut straight or mitre both on vinyl or aluminum extrusions.
The cutting head features a spring system for an easy return of the blade in position after performing the cut. Two frontal pneumatic cylinders hold the extrusion firm in place for the maximum precision of the cut. The “KD 400 PS” features a rotating head capable to cut mitre angles down to 45° in both directions.
OPERATION
To perform the cut, the operator must switch on the blade rotation and pull down manually the handle. As soon as the cut is performed, the cutting head return back up in position.
SAFETIES
An aluminum cast cover protects the blade when the cutting head is in normal position. When the operator pull down the cutting head, the blade cover gradually retracts.
