MECAL

Established in 1978 and based in Frascarolo in the province of Pavia, Italy. MECAL is a company specialized in the production of machines and systems for working with aluminum, PVC and light alloys. The product range includes CNC Profile Machining Centers, Double Miter Saws and other complimentary machines.

The company has a 150 people operation and extends over a surface area of 60.000 square meters, with a production facility, office building and warehouse covering 32.000 square meters.

MECAL constantly invests on newer and technologically advanced manufacturing equipment. Almost all of the non-generic machine parts and components are manufactured in-house down to the painting stage to ensure the highest level of quality control and supply availability.

Software of the machines are developed and owned by MECAL. The company’s software department has full control and support capability to access all MECAL machines remotely without relying on a third party software house. Today, MECAL is one of the top players in the world of aluminum and PVC processing machinery and official machinery supplier of the largest extrusion and system supplier in Europe.
