The Yilmaz MEM 128 is a heavy-duty Multiple Profile End Milling Machine developed for simultaneous end-milling of PVC and aluminum window/door profiles. With independently adjustable clamps, high-precision cutter feed, and large profile capacity, it elevates productivity in high-volume fabrication environments.
General
The Yilmaz MEM 128 is engineered to deliver efficient, accurate, and repeatable end-milling on multiple PVC and aluminum profiles at once. Profiles are placed into dedicated slots and securely clamped by 12 pneumatic vertical clamps and a common horizontal clamp, ensuring proper squareness and stable positioning during milling.
The cutter head feed is driven by an electric motor and belt system, providing adjustable feed speed to match material type and cutter size. Through an inverter-controlled motor, operators can precisely optimize cutter RPM for PVC or aluminum.
Adjustable separator blocks and sliding clamp assemblies allow quick width adjustments and make the system suitable for a wide variety of profile shapes. The machine’s rigid frame, front-mounted support arms, and enclosed safety guard provide structural stability and safe operation, even when processing long profiles up to 2.5 m (8.2 ft).
A built-in tool storage cabinet, quick-change cutter head, and dual-hand operation further enhance usability and operator safety.
