General

The RazorGauge RG3 Automatic Saw Measuring System sets a benchmark in digital material positioning. Engineered for operators who demand precision and reliability, the RG3 features a servo-driven carriage traveling on a Hiwin hardened and ground linear bearing rail with dual recirculating ball bearing blocks—the same technology used in CNC machining centers. This construction ensures near-frictionless motion, maximum rigidity, and consistent accuracy throughout its lifespan.

Its advanced motion controller instantly reacts to jams, preventing belt stretching and enabling a 5-year belt warranty. The RG3 integrates seamlessly with various industrial cutting and drilling machines, functioning either as a dependable material stop or a powerful automatic pusher.

The system is powered by a Windows-based touchscreen software suite, offering an intuitive interface, extensive cutlist storage, fraction keys, presets, and simple calibration. Optional AutoList optimization software maximizes material yield, groups cut lists, and supports secondary operations, making it ideal for high-volume production facilities.

With stroke lengths available up to 60 feet, the RG3 is engineered for operations requiring uncompromising speed, accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency.
