The Yilmaz CK 412 is a glazing bead saw engineered for fast, accurate, and consistent 45° miter cuts on PVC glazing beads and similar small profiles. Its twin-blade configuration, pneumatic feed, and adjustable guides make it ideal for window, door, furniture, and accessory fabrication lines requiring clean, repeatable results.
General
The CK 412 features a dual-blade horizontal design that allows users to cut glazing beads and similar PVC profiles with consistency. Thanks to the pneumatic blade feed and adjustable feed speed, the machine delivers a smooth cutting motion. Profiles are held securely in place by four pneumatic vertical clamps, ensuring stable cutting even when processing two profiles at once.
The universal guide system, capable of handling up to eight different profile shapes, makes the CK 412 particularly suitable for manufacturers working with multiple bead designs. The automatic cutting cycle returns the blades to their home position after each operation. With its compact footprint and versatile optional automated stops, the CK 412 can be integrated into manual or fully automated glazing bead production workflows.
