YILMAZ KM 215

General

Designed for professional fabrication environments, the Yilmaz KM 215 combines robust mechanical construction with user-friendly adjustability. The hydro-pneumatic cutter feed ensures smooth, controlled milling strokes that produce clean surface finishes and consistent results.

Profiles are secured using vertical and horizontal pneumatic clamps, which provide stable and reliable holding during milling operations. Cutting height adjustments are made quickly using spacer rings and shims, allowing operators to adapt easily to different profile shapes and milling requirements.

The KM 215 includes a four-position profile stop system, enabling rapid setup for multiple profile types. With a maximum milling capacity of H: 90 mm × W: 225 mm (expandable to H: 180 mm), it accommodates a wide range of window and door profiles.

A fully enclosed, interlocked protection hood ensures operator safety, while integrated tool storage and quick cutter change capability streamline daily operation. The machine’s rigid frame provides long-term durability under industrial use.
