YILMAZ KM 211

General

The KM 211 delivers practical, consistent, and operator-controlled milling for aluminum and PVC window and door profiles. The manual lever-driven cutter feed allows the operator to control milling speed directly.

Profiles are stabilized using pneumatic vertical and horizontal clamps, providing secure workholding throughout the operation. Cutting height can be adjusted quickly using shims and spacer rings, enabling fast adaptation to different profile geometries.

The machine includes a ±45° adjustable back fence for angled end-milling operations and a protective top hood equipped with an interlock switch for safe operation. The cutter spindle can be detached easily at the push of a button for fast tool changes. With its rigid stand and reliable mechanical structure, the KM 211 is built for durability and long-term production use.
