The Yilmaz KP 110 is a robust Pneumatic Corner Crimping Machine engineered for precise and stable crimping of aluminum frame corners. General
The Yilmaz KP 110 is built around a heavy-duty cast-iron structure, ensuring long-term rigidity and durability for continuous industrial use. Its pneumatic operating principle delivers smooth, controlled crimping, while synchronized crimping heads ensure uniform deformation on both sides of the corner.
Profiles of various shapes and heights can be secured quickly using the machine’s adjustable magnetic knife support and pneumatic vertical clamps. A double-acting bracing clamp rises from beneath the table to center the profile squarely, ensuring perfect alignment before crimping begins. Positioning values are read easily using metric scales for fast setup and repeatability.
Operator safety is ensured through a protective guard and dual-hand activation system, while foot-pedal control completes the working cycle with convenience and precision. With its adjustable stroke, support arms, and compatibility with profile-specific blades, the KP 110 is a reliable solution for aluminum corner assembly.
