YILMAZ FR 226 S

General

The Yilmaz FR 226S is a manual copy router specifically designed for machining of Tilt&Turn aluminum and PVC window profiles. The machine is built on a robust stand with a cast aluminum main structure and is equipped with two primary machining units.The first unit is a triple spindle drill, designed for boring the three handle holes required for espagnolette hardware in a single operation. The second unit is a vertical copy router with a high-speed spindle (14,000 RPM) for creating hardware cut-outs, water slots, and other features. The routing process is controlled manually by the operator using an ergonomic handle. The machine uses a template and tracer pin to transfer the desired shape to the workpiece at a 1:1 ratio. For operator convenience and accuracy, the machine also includes pneumatic profile clamping and side shafts with reference stops for positioning the workpiece.
