General

The Yilmaz CRM 201 S is an integrated machining solution that serves as a Copy Router with Drilling Unit, water slot router, and a triple drill mechanism. It's built on a robust cast aluminum structure with corrosion-resistant linear guides for durability and precision. The copy router motor and the water slot motor high-frequency spindles, while the triple drill unit operates at a different speed for drilling operations. The copy routing is manually operated via an ergonomic hand control unit with a joystick, allowing for 1:1 transfer ratio from the template to the workpiece. The triple drill and water slot units operate automatically, ensuring efficient and repeatable results. The machine is capable of machining aluminum profiles with a wall thickness up to 3 mm and is also suitable for PVC profiles. The pneumatic clamping system and reference stops on both sides ensure the workpiece is held securely for accurate machining.
