The Yilmaz HDL is a Heavy-Duty Motorized Length Stop Conveyor engineered for demanding industrial applications. With servo-controlled motion, touchscreen control, and compatibility with a wide variety of saws and drilling machines, it functions as both a precision stop gauge and a robust pusher system.
General
The Yilmaz HDL series (HDL 400 / HDL 700) delivers exceptional automation and positioning accuracy for fabrication environments requiring fast, repeatable, and mistake-free cutting operations.
Its servo-driven rack and pinion system combined with a rigid steel construction allows the HDL to maintain a positioning tolerance of ±0.008" (0.2 mm) even under heavy loads. The intuitive 7” HMI color touchscreen gives operators full control, including manual or automatic operation, cutting list management, and real-time adjustments.
The system supports CSV cutting list transfers via SD card, remote troubleshooting via laptop, and multiple language options. This makes it adaptable to diverse production settings and international teams.
Compatible with aluminum, PVC, and metalworking machines, the HDL integrates seamlessly into chop saws, miter saws, drills, ironworkers, and various industrial cutting systems.
