The iVision IV3 is a robust large chip collector for aluminum chips, ideal for extrusion plants and window manufacturers demanding high suction performance. With a 160-liter collection bin, an industrial M-class filter, and a high-flow centrifugal fan, the IV3 ensures reliable chip removal for even the most demanding cutting lines.
General
The IV3 represents the high-capacity segment of the iVision Extrusion line, designed specifically for situations where automated saws and cutting centers produce large volumes of chips and fine dust. The system’s centrifugal fan delivers up to 4400 m³/h (1765 CFM), providing strong, continuous extraction required for uninterrupted production.
To withstand the demands of aluminum extrusion environments, the IV3 is built with a full steel structure, anti-scuff industrial wheels, and a 160-liter quick-release container. The M-class polyester filter captures 99.9% of airborne particles, while the pneumatic vibrating motor cleans the filter efficiently, keeping performance stable throughout the shift.
Noise levels are reduced through a dedicated silencer on the exhaust outlet, and visual filling indicators help operators monitor container capacity at a glance. Combined with an extensive list of optional accessories and larger hopper-style dumpsters, the IV3 adapts easily to different machine tools and installation requirements.
